Our team is fully trained and insured to handle your property with care. Our team only operates in the agreed-upon timeslots and are also given reflective vests with our company logo to ensure all residents know who our collectors will be.
We do not provide trash bags, but we do provide trash cans for a fee. Also, this can be further discussed with property management if services are provided to the community as a whole and the community has a yearly agreement service plan.
We only collect standard-sized kitchen trash bags. If you can fit it in there, we will take it. Cardboard boxes do not have to be in trash bags and are the exception. However, cardboard boxes do need to be broken down in order for us to collect them more efficiently.
We have a soft limit of two bags per night to better serve the community and meet our scheduled time frame. If any additional trash bags are remaining, we will collect the rest in the next available time slot.
We encourage residents to recycle as much as they would want to. If recycling, we ask that our residents use separate bags from waste. Our collectors are trained to distinguish waste trash bags from lighter recyclable trash bags.
